Are you a streamer, YouTuber, podcaster, or influencer who loves gaming, pop culture, and conventions? We are looking for passionate content creators to join us at TooManyGames. See if you qualify below.

If approved, creators will receive one complimentary Creator badge and one complimentary badge for assistant / manager / videographer /significant other.

What do I get with my content creator badge if I’m accepted?

  • Admission to all three days of TooManyGames with a creator badge
  • Affiliate Link to share with your audience
  • Additional opportunities are possible:
    • Hosting/Guesting at Indie Game Award Show
    • Possibilities of working with key partners and publishers
    • Participating with TooManyGames Marketing Team:
      • Social Media Collaboration Posts
      • Social Media Takeovers

Before you apply, please understand:

Content Creator Requirements 

Please do not apply for a Creator badge if you do not meet the requirements below:

  • You must create content that is relevant to the gaming industry including but not limited to: video games, board games, RPGs, CCGs, tabletop, indie games etc.
  • You must meet two or more of the minimum follower/subscriber counts:
    • Instagram: 20k followers
    • TikTok: 25k followers
    • Twitter/X: 20k followers
    • Twitch: 10k followers
    • YouTube: 25k subscribers

Note: we will also be taking your level of engagement into consideration

Your Creator Badge has rules:

  • Your Creator badge allows complimentary access during all public hours.
  • Your Creator badge does NOT allow early access or special access.
  • Your Creator badge does NOT allow you to cut lines.
  • Your Creator badge does NOT guarantee you seats.
  • Your Creator badge does NOT guarantee you autographs or free autographs from guests.
  • Creator badges are nontransferable. You may not loan or sell your content creator badge. Anyone conducting such behavior will have their content creator badge revoked and will be disqualified from our Content Creator program at future TooManyGames events.
  • Prior acceptance into the program does not guarantee acceptance this year

Content Creators are subject to all convention policies.

The deadline to apply is April 1st, 2025. You will hear back in mid April 2025.

All decisions are final.

TooManyGames reserves the right to approve or deny any application. This decision is final and cannot be appealed. Include any and all information in your application that will allow us to make an informed decision - you won’t be able to submit further information later on.
