Convention Policies

TooManyGames mission is to bring an enjoyable weekend to all attendees. Our event strives to ensure the safety and inclusion of all attendees. Please read on below for our convention policies.

By accepting a badge to an event run by Level 4 Event Management Inc. (TooManyGames, Game Swap, Gifts for Gamers), you agree to abide by and follow the convention policies listed below. Failure to follow below convention policies could result in your badge being revoked.

Code of Conduct

  • No Drugs or Alcohol Permitted
  • No Smoking or Vaping
  • No Cheating, Theft, or Assault
  • ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

Harassment Policy

TooManyGames is dedicated to providing a harassment-free con experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of convention participants in any form. Convention participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the convention (without a refund) at the discretion of the organizers.

Harassment Includes:

  • Verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination related to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age, or religion;
  • Sexual images in public spaces;
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following;
  • Harassing photography or recording;
  • Sustained disruption of talks or other events;
  • Inappropriate physical contact;
  • Unwelcome sexual attention;
  • Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.

Cosplay / Cosplay Weapon Rules

  • Costumes must adhere to the family-friendly atmosphere, and must be kept at maximum at a PG-13 level.
  • Costumes / accessories that impede movement, block aisles, or create a safety hazard are not permitted.
  • Clothing that depicts profanity, hate speech, drug-related paraphernalia, or adult content are not permitted.
  • Clothing with any political statements are not permitted.
  • Buttocks, nipples, and genitalia must be fully covered by fabric that is solid / opaque. If wearing a suit that may display a portion of cheek, we recommend skin-tone tights or leggings that are opaque underneath.
    • No one will be permitted to be topless at the event; this applies to all genders. Body paint, makeup, liquid latex, and pasties are not acceptable forms of coverage.
  • Costumes can not be realistic depiction of law enforcement, current military uniform, or contain the words “POLICE,” “SWAT,” “FBI,” “DEA,” “CIA,” or any other official government / authority name or initials on them.
  • Gear such as leashes, whips, functional handcuffs, floggers, paddles, etc. are forbidden.
  • Bare feet and stick-on soles are not permitted. A form of shoe (sneakers, boots, sandals etc.) must be worn at all times.
  • Explosives, chemicals, smoke machines, etc. are not permitted.
  • Weapon-props will be examined by our security personnel upon entry to the event.
    • Real bows and authentic arrows are not permitted.
    • No projectiles of any kind - including, but not limited to, airsoft guns, bb guns, pellet guns, water guns, pistols, tasers, etc.
    • Prop guns with a non-removable orange tip and no moving parts would be permitted.

Costumes that violate any of these rules or are found to be out of our guidelines for any reason at the event’s discretion may lead to removal without refund.

COVID-19 Safety Procedures

Masks will not be required for the show. Proof of vaccination and/or negative test are not required for admission. 

Level 4 Event Management Inc. cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while participating in our events. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to participate in our events you may be increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I have read and understood the above warning concerning COVID-19. I hereby choose to accept the risk associated with COVID-19.

WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY: I, as well as all my employees and volunteers, hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless forever and waive my right to bring suit against Level 4 Event Management Inc. and its owners, officers, managers, employees, volunteers, vendors, guests, musicians, and anyone in connection with Level 4 Event Management Inc. / TooManyGames.

Photography Policy

By entering the convention center you grant TooManyGames / Level 4 Event Management Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty free, limited license to use my name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, video, and other information (collectively, “Likeness”), in any media platform or format whatsoever, and to distribute, broadcast and exhibit these without charge, restriction or liability.

Badge Refund

We do not offer refunds. If you would like to sell your ticket, give your ticket to someone else, contact us and we will update the information on the ticket and issue a new ticket. In the event that our event is cancelled due to COVID-19, you will receive a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your ticket to a future year.

Greater Philadelphia Expo Center Policies

  • No one may paste, nail, tape, or otherwise attach to walls, floors, ceilings, columns, partitions, or trim of the exterior or interior of the expo hall or any equipment furnished by the expo hall any bills, signs, floor coverings, double-faced tape, self-adhesive stickers, badges or other articles.
  • No one may drill holes or place any nails, hooks, tacks, screws, or any other items into any part of the expo hall or any equipment furnished by the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center.
  • No advertisements, signs, billboards, or other visual media devices shall be placed outside of, or attached to, the exterior or interior of the building.
  • No handbills or the like may be placed on the windshield of any vehicles located in the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center parking lot.
  • Gambling is prohibited.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the expo hall.
  • Helium or other lighter-than-air inflated balloons are not permitted inside the expo hall.
