Cosplay Guest Application

Thank you for your interest in being a Cosplay Guest! Please take some time to read the following expectations and guidelines before submitting your application. 

 
• (4) Cosplay Guests will be selected (three-day booth at Cosplay HQ + two nights at one of our partner hotels).
• (4) Cosplay Guests will be selected for the "Cosplay Spotlight" booth for each show day (one day booth at Cosplay HQ - Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
 
Expectations for all Cosplay Guests:
• Be in Cosplay for the majority of the day at your booth - we understand wearing costumes can be exhausting, and encourage you to cosplay comfortably! 
• Be at your booth assignment for at least 75% of show open hours per day (this also includes panel hosting and pre-judging the cosplay contest, if applicable.) Everyone needs breaks - please ensure you have someone at your booth in your place.
• Promote TooManyGames on your social media channels leading up to the event once you have been announced on our socials. 

• Decorate your booth with your branding (signs, tablecloths, cards) that is easily removable.

Expectations for Three-Day Booth Cosplay Guests: 
• Pre-judge the Cosplay Contest (Craftsmanship Contest for 2026).

• Be present during the Showcase portion of the Cosplay Contest on Sunday.

• Present awards during the Cosplay Contest on Sunday.

Expectations for Cosplay Spotlight Guests:
• Be available to meet and greet attendees from start of day to end of day on your assigned spotlight day.

Please note: TooManyGames is unable to offer an appearance fee. To offset costs for being a Cosplay Guest, we are offering: 
• For the Three-Day Booth Cosplay Guests, two nights of hotel room coverage at one of our partner hotels + transportation to and from the hotel.

• For all Cosplay Guests, the ability to sell merchandise at your booth (a Tax ID must be on file with the convention).
• For all Cosplay Guests, promotion via the TooManyGames website and social media channels. 
• For all Cosplay Guests, (2) Content Creator badges that include admission to the show for all three days, VIP lane access to meet and greet with the industry guests, and Content Creator Green Room access.
 
Cosplay Guests, Content Creators, and other Guests invited by TooManyGames are not permitted to participate as contestants in the Cosplay Contest, but you are welcome to walk in the Cosplay Parade if you so choose. 
 
Please note that if you are not accepted for a three day booth or a spotlight slot does not say anything about your quality of cosplay! We welcome cosplayers with any level of experience, with any size following, whether you have guested before or not, from all over!  We are overwhelmed with applications every year.
