Press/Media for TooManyGames

Want to cover TooManyGames as a member of the press?

Please read the requirements below carefully – if you do not meet the requirements you will automatically be denied.

TooManyGames is pleased to provide a limited amount of press passes to individuals and news outlets including: news reporters, podcasters, YouTubers, and content creators. To apply for a press pass you must submit an application for review. If approved you will be provided with 2 press passes. Please read over the following policies to make sure that you qualify.

• You must be able to provide relevant coverage from similar events
  • Applications are not guaranteed solely based on previous attendance or coverage of TooManyGames
• Press credentials grant access to all areas of the convention except for volunteer and guest lounges
• If you are a YouTube channel and you would like to apply, you need to have over 25,000 subscribers
• Press passes are non transferable
• Those granted press credentials will need to present a photo ID at registration
• Press representatives must secure their own lodging and food
• Press outlet must be active on 2 social media platforms
• Press outlet must be in operation for 3 years

What is expected from you:

• Social Media post prior to the event stating that you are going to TooManyGames, tagging us on all social accounts, as well as a post during the show, stating that you are there and covering the event.
• Coverage at the event, with at least 50% of the video on the show floor, to be posted within two weeks of attending the convention. Please follow up and send us the footage to: [email protected].
• If you don’t perform the above tasks, you will not be considered for a press pass in future TooManyGames events.
