The full amount of the reservation will be charged at check-in. Any reservation booked in these blocks require 72 hours notice for cancellation or the card on file will be charged for one night stay, plus any relevant taxes and fees. Pellucid / Housing Partner Hotels: If you book something in these blocks, you will need a credit card to guarantee the reservation. At the time of booking, they will charge your card a $9.00 non-refundable booking fee to validate your credit card and hold the reservation for you. This fee will be credited to your overall reservation total. The balance of your reservation will be charged at check-in. Any reservation booked in these books requires 72 to 24 hours cancellation dependent on the individual hotel. All details and terms are spelled out on the booking website.
