As a reminder, attendees are not allowed to book hotel rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn in Phoenixville, PA, closest to the convention center. Any room that is not listed on our internal rooming list will be cancelled.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Host Hotels (Hampton / Tru / Homewood)(the closest hotels to the convention center): If you book something in these hotel blocks, you will need a credit card to guarantee the reservation. The full amount of the reservation will be charged at check-in. Any reservation booked in these blocks require 72 hours notice for cancellation or the card on file will be charged for one night stay, plus any relevant taxes and fees. If you have any specific questions, on the host hotels, please e-mail [email protected] before making your reservation.
Pellucid / Housing Partner Hotels: If you book something in these blocks, you will need a credit card to guarantee the reservation. At the time of booking, they will charge your card a $9.00 non-refundable booking fee to validate your credit card and hold the reservation for you. This fee will be credited to your overall reservation total. The balance of your reservation will be charged at check-in. Any reservation booked in these books requires 72 to 24 hours cancellation dependent on the individual hotel. All details and terms are spelled out on the booking website.
