We are continuing to use the same hotel booking system introduced last year. Along with our host hotels, we have once again partnered with Pellucid Travel to provide a wide selection of local area hotels in various price ranges. We’re excited to keep offering a broad range of lodging options as we continue to grow.
As a reminder, attendees are not allowed to book hotel rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn in Phoenixville, PA, closest to the convention center. Any room that is not listed on our internal rooming list will be cancelled.
What’s the difference between Host Hotels and our Housing Partner?
Host Hotels: Host hotels are the three hotels closest to the Expo Center including the Hampton, Tru and Homewood. These hotels are offering a special discounted rate for TooManyGames as they have in the past. These hotel room rates will be starting at $199 plus tax and up. As a reminder the Hilton Garden Inn will not be available for public booking. The only way to book a hotel room at the Hilton Garden Inn is if you are a vendor or staff. If you somehow book into the hotel for the weekend, your reservation will be cancelled.
Housing Partner: Pellucid Travel: Our Housing Partner, Pellucid Travel, provides rooms throughout the region at many local hotels that have been contracted in our discounted hotel blocks. They work to handle any issues that come up with reservations and will be contracting rooms with rates from $150 plus tax and up.
Important 2026 Travel / Hotel Notice - The World Cup will be held in many cities across the United States and North America this summer, including our city of Brotherly Love – Philadelphia. Philadelphia has been selected for 6 World Cup matches that will be played on dates surrounding TooManyGames.
If you are traveling to TooManyGames this year – we urge that you purchase your airfare and hotels as early as possible. We have been working with the Valley Forge Tourism Board, our local area Host Hotels, and Pellucid Travel, our housing partner, to ensure we have an adequate supply of rooms and that the rates are as affordable as possible during our event. Some of this is completely out of our control and as we get closer to the event, you may see hotel blocks sold out and rise in price.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
If you book something in these hotel blocks, you will need a credit card to guarantee the reservation. The full amount of the reservation will be charged at check-in. Any reservation booked in these blocks require 72 hours notice for cancellation or the card on file will be charged for one night stay, plus any relevant taxes and fees. Pellucid / Housing Partner Hotels: If you book something in these blocks, you will need a credit card to guarantee the reservation. At the time of booking, they will charge your card a $9.00 non-refundable booking fee to validate your credit card and hold the reservation for you. This fee will be credited to your overall reservation total. Cancellation must be received by 6 p.m., 10 day(s) prior to the day of arrival or will result in a penalty of 1 night’s room plus tax. Hotels may require a 2-night minimum stay for reservations. All details and terms are spelled out on the booking website for each individual hotel.
