Important 2026 Travel / Hotel Notice
The World Cup will be held in many cities across the United States and North America this summer, including our city of Brotherly Love – Philadelphia. Philadelphia has been selected for 6 World Cup matches that will be played on dates surrounding TooManyGames.
If you are traveling to TooManyGames this year – we urge that you purchase your airfare and hotels as early as possible. We have been working with the Valley Forge Tourism Board, our local area Host Hotels, and Pellucid Travel, our housing partner, to ensure we have an adequate supply of rooms and that the rates are as affordable as possible during our event. Some of this is completely out of our control and as we get closer to the event, you may see hotel blocks sold out and rise in price.
What is there to eat around the convention?
We have multiple full-service concession spaces at the convention center, serving a variety of pizzas, salads, sandwiches, snacks, and more. In addition, you can leave the Expo Center for a short trip away to visit Moe’s Southwest Grill, PJ Whelihans, Buffalo Wild Wings, Uno Pizzeria & Grill, Oaks Pizza, and more.

Most of our vendors do take credit cards, but some don't. It's always a good idea to bring some cash with you in case a vendor doesn't take a credit card. There are 2 ATMs inside of the Expo Center but they run out during our event. If you need to get cash out, there is a Wawa down the street.

Accessibility
What are your accessibility policies?
We have created the following accessibility policy to provide the best experience and equal access to all of our event attendees. TooManyGames will have an Accessibility Desk at the event. You can find the Accessibility Desk and Convention Help Desk at the end of the registration area. There will be a dedicated accessibility staff in this area during the following hours of the event:
- Friday, June 27: 2pm – 5pm
- Saturday, June 28: 11am – 1pm and 3pm – 5pm
- Sunday, June 29: 11am – 1pm
If you have any questions or need assistance outside of the Accessibility Desk hours, you can talk to someone at registration who will help you with your questions.
Should I request assistance?
You should ask for assistance if you have a medical or accessibility need. For example, if you have a broken foot and are using crutches to get around, you should ask for assistance. If you are tired from standing all day or have a large bulky costume, unfortunately, our Accessibility Desk will be unable to assist you.
Some medical or accessibility needs that would cover you are listed below. Note this is a small list and serves as examples. If you are unsure if you qualify - please contact us at [email protected].
- Condition that limits movement or travel distance
- A condition that causes pain while walking or standing for long periods of time
- Heart or lung-related conditions
- Recent Surgery
- Panic/Anxiety Disorders
Below are some examples that would not qualify for our assistance:
- Tired
- Broken Hand or Arm
- Wearing a big costume (make sure you hydrate!)
- Not feeling well
We want everyone to have a great time at TooManyGames. Regardless of the above examples, if you begin to feel unwell during the convention, take a break, get some water, or ask a friend or fellow convention attendee for help. If you experience a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately and alert a staff member in the area.
Do I need a Doctor’s Note?
If it’s not easily apparent that you are in need of assistance, we will ask for some kind of explanation of your needs. It’s not required - but nondescript pieces of medical documentation will help us quickly offer accommodations specific to you.
Some examples of medical documentation would be:
- A doctor’s note on script paper
- Prescribed medication for a condition in the original container, with a label containing your name
- A note from a hospital or clinic on letterhead or script paper
- Handicap parking identifier
- Short note from a doctor, clinic, hospital, or therapist on company stationary dated prior to TooManyGames
If you choose to provide documentation, it only needs to indicate that you may need accommodations. We do not need any detailed medical information and are unwilling to accept it due to potential legal liability.
Is there accessible parking?
Yes, there are accessible parking spaces in front of the convention center along with on the sides of the building. TooManyGames in 2024 hosted over 20,000 people, so accessible parking availability may be limited.
Do you have a quiet room?
No. We would love to provide one as this is a question we get a lot. The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center is set up a little differently than normal convention centers. The convention center is a wide, vast warehouse that is segregated into 5 different halls. There is no way to create a ‘mobile’ quiet room in this kind of space. There are only a few meeting rooms which are used by staff for operations.
Are service animals permitted in the event?
Service animals that meet the ADA definition are permitted. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Emotional support animals are not permitted at our event. Service animals should be under the care of their owners during the event.
Can I bring my cane?
Yes. Both standard and folding seat canes are permitted in the entire convention center.
Can I bring my electric scooter / wheelchair?
Yes. They are permitted in the entire convention center.
Are wheelchairs / scooters available?
The Expo Center does not have wheelchairs or scooters available. Call them at (484) 382-3221 or email them at [email protected] for a list of local suppliers that will rent and deliver scooters to the facility.
I have difficulty standing in line. Do you have any accommodations for me to meet a GUEST?
