What kind of tickets are available?
There are several different ticket packages available for TooManyGames. You can purchase a three day pass (the best value, and the only way to get into the show on Friday), one day pass (Saturday or Sunday), and a Final Boss pass (the only pass that gets you into the After Party). What are the times for TooManyGames?
Friday 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

MARKETPLACE HOURS – The Marketplace will close early on Friday and Saturday, you will still be able to attend panels, concerts, play in the arcade etc., but the marketplace will close early on Friday and Saturday.

Can I buy a Family Four Pack at the door?
Family Four Packs are not available at the door.

Where do I purchase tickets?
You can purchase passes here, and tickets are also available at the door.

Are tickets available at the door?
Yes, tickets are available at the door for an additional $5.00 (except Final Boss, Mini Boss, and Sunday Family Four Pack packages).

Can I buy a Friday pass?
The only way to get into the convention on Friday is to purchase a three day pass. This is the best value, and note that some of the guests will only be at the convention on Friday.

Is the show appropriate for me to bring my kids?
Yes. TooManyGames is a family friendly show where people of all ages can play and have a great time. There may be some events at the show with a more adult-based theme and those will be designated as adult in nature on the schedule and in the program.

Do kids get in for free?
Children ages 10 and under are free with a paid adult (1 free child per adult).

Where can I view the schedule?
The schedule is up. You can also download the Guidebook App which you can search and set reminders for events.

Where is TooManyGames being held?
At the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, in Oaks, PA. The address that works best to use in your GPS is: 1601 EGYPT ROAD PHOENIXVILLE, PA 19460 (UPPER PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP)

Can I download the schedule to my phone?
Yes. The schedule is live you will be able to download the Guidebook app and have access to the show schedule on your phone, create your own personal schedule (with reminder alarms set if desired) so that you don’t miss a thing, and keep your own personal notes and to-do list! And it’s free!

What are your rules for cosplay weapons?

  • No Live Steel – including swords, bayonets, and knives (sheathed or not), star knives, metal armor, any objects made of metal that have an edge (sharp or not)
  • No Projectile Weapons of any kind – including but not limited to – airsoft guns, bb guns, pellet guns, crossbows, dart guns, blowguns, water guns, pistols, stun guns, and tasers. Exception to the rule is guns with an orange non removable tip and if they have no movable parts.
  • No Real Bows or authentic arrows
  • No Nunchaku – of any kind will be permitted. A nunchaku is defined as two sticks with a short chain or rope in between.
  • No explosives or chemicals – of any kind including, but not limited to: sparklers, smoke powder or fireworks.
  • If the item is illegal in the State of Pennsylvania, it is illegal inside of the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center.

 Do you have rules regarding safety?
We work closely with the Expo Center to ensure our guests’ safety and enjoyment at the show. We reserve the right to remove anyone violating the Expo Center rules or who is acting in an unsafe manner.

What is your harassment policy?
TooManyGames is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference (without a refund) at the discretion of the conference organizers.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

  • Verbal comments that reinforce social structures of domination related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion.
  • Sexual images in public spaces
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following
  • Harassing photography or recording
  • Sustained disruption of talks or other events
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Unwelcome sexual attention
  • Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior
If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it as soon as possible. Conference staff can be identified by t-shirts/special badges/head sets. Harassment and other code of conduct violations reduce the value of our event for everyone. We want you to be happy at our event.

What’s the best day to attend?
It depends what you want to see and experience. Please look at the schedule and determine what you are most interested in. Most attendees come for all three days to not miss any events.

What is there to eat around the convention?
We have multiple full-service concession spaces at Expo, serving a variety of delicious pizzas, salads, sandwiches, snacks, and more. In addition, you can leave the Expo Center for a short trip away to visit Moe’s Southwest Grill, Cheeburger Cheeburger, Buffalo Wild Wings, Uno Pizzeria & Grill, Oaks Pizza and more.

No, sorry.

Check the schedule to find your favorite guest and then can plan which days to come to the convention. Remember we don’t sell a one day pass on Friday.

Check the schedule to find out if your favorite guest is doing a signing. Also, many guests are willing to sign things if you see them walking around and you ask politely.
