From party games to fan favorites, these laid-back competitions are open to everyone - no pre-registration required. Just sign up on-site and get ready to play, win, and have a blast!

Eon Gaming Tournament Schedule

EON Gaming is back at TooManyGames and once again bringing the nostalgia with their lineup of classic casual tournaments! Join the fun as they host fan-favorite titles like Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, Super Smash Bros. Melee, Smash 64, and Halo 2. These tournaments are all about laid-back competition and community vibes. These tournaments will be in the Eon Gaming area in Hall C.

Friday Schedule – Single Elimination Tournaments
3:00pm – Smash 64 – 16 person bracket
4:30pm – Smash Melee – 16 person bracket
6:00pm – Halo 2 – 16 person bracket
7:30pm – Mario Kart Double Dash – 16 person bracket

Saturday – Mario Kart Double Dash

Rules:

  • Teams of 2 required (total limit: 32 teams)
  • 5 total races per round
  • Double elimination (meaning if you lose, your team goes to the losers bracket)
  • Top 4 teams (1st to 4th place) per round will advance to the next round
  • Loser round winners will be decided in a Balloon Battle mode
    • Balloon Battle mode time limit 7 minutes
    • Top 4 teams will advance, bottom 4 teams will be eliminated
  • Grand Finals Rules:
    • Each Round consists of 3 races
    • Bottom 4 teams of each Round will be eliminated
    • If this is the first time a team has been eliminated, they stay in for another full Round
    • When only 4 teams remain, last place of each Round will be eliminated
    • Race until only 1 team remains!

3:00 pm – Losers Round 1 (Losers of Pool 1 & 2)
3:15 pm – Losers Round 1 (Losers of Pool 3 & 4)
3:30 pm – Winners Round 1 (Winners of Pool 1 & 2)
4:00 pm – Winners Round 1 (Winners of Pool 3 & 4)
4:30 pm – Losers Round 2 (Winners of 1:00 VS Losers of 1:30)
4:45 pm – Losers Round 2 (Winners of 1:15 VS Losers of 2:00)
5:00 pm – Winner Semi Finals (Winners of both Winners Round 1)
5:30 pm – Loser Semi Finals (Winners of both Losers Round 2)
5:45 pm – Losers Finals (Winners 3:30 VS Losers of 3:00)
6:00 pm – GRAND FINALS
