Want to run a panel or host an event at TooManyGames? Remember we have limited space so take your time and pitch your most exciting and engaging ideas!

Selected panelists will receive two weekend badges which will allow entrance to the convention for the entire weekend. Please note panelists will not have access to guest and staff lounges.

Must be at least 18 or older*
- if you plan on having a minor participate as a panelist please reach out to [email protected] for approval
Panels run for 45min. This gives a 15-minute break time between each panel to clean up and set up.
Provided below is the standard set up for each panel. We do provide adapters for audio and video input/output but please notify us what you would need in the equipment section of the panel application.
- 4-6 Microphones (varies upon room)
- Projector
- 16:9 Screen
- Speakers
- 2 Tables Minimum (varies upon room)
- 4 Chairs Minimum (varies upon room)
Note: Laptops are NOT provided. You are responsible for your own filming equipment.
We try to stay away from mature content, we do prefer our Panel’s content for families and people of all ages to enjoy.
There will be audio and video recordings of most panels at the convention baring technical difficulties.
Show up 30 minutes prior to your panel so questions can be answered and we can set up in a timely manor
Please reach out to the department via email [email protected]. Please inform us one month prior to event (May 27th, 2026). This will help us with filling in a replacement panel.
If you are selected as a panelist, you will receive information on who to contact about not being able to attend.
