It is with great sadness that we are posting this announcement about TooManyGames today. In the interest of the health and safety of our attendees, vendors, volunteers and staff we have decided to cancel the 2020 show. This was a very tough decision to make but had to be done.
When we announced the postponement date, we were very excited and hoped that we would be in a different situation then we are in today. We will be moving forward with the 2021 event on June 25-27, 2021.
As a lot of other businesses in our industry, we are in a very tough spot. Not having the 2020 show is the main source of income for TooManyGames, a company that has full time employees. We hope that you will transfer your ticket to the 2021 show, but we are offering refunds because we know COVID-19 has affected our community. Please see below for information for attendees (who have purchased tickets already) and vendors.
Your ticket will automatically be transferred to the 2021 event. As a token of appreciation for transferring your ticket, you will get a limited edition t-shirt and poster for the cancelled 2020 event. Those will be given out at the 2021 event when you arrive. We will have a special ticket in the system for those of you who have already purchased tickets and want to attend 2021. For those who would like to request a refund, please fill out this form BY JULY 31, 2020. We will not be refunding anyone who does not fill out the form by July 31, 2020.
Your vendor tables/booths will be automatically transferred to the 2021 event. You will receive ONE t-shirt and ONE poster PER company space (so if you have 10 booths under the same company name – you will still only receive one shirt and one poster). For those who would like to request a refund, please fill out this form BY JULY 31, 2020.
PLEASE NOTE: Any vendor who refunds their table/booth, your space will go up for sale on our website on August 3rd and you will not be guaranteed a spot for the 2021 show. We have an extensive waiting list of over 75+ vendors who were trying to get into the 2020 show.
GAME SWAP ATTENDEES AND VENDORS:
Montgomery County Community College is currently not doing any public events for the rest of 2020. In turn – we will be automatically refunding any vendor or attendee that had purchased a ticket for this event.
Please bear with us over the next few weeks as we transition all of the events for 2020. You should receive your tickets / vendor information for the 2021 event by mid August if not sooner. We hope to be able to plan a Spring 2021 Game Swap event.

What are the dates for the 2021 show?
June 25-27, 2021 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA (same location).
I already purchased tickets but want to transfer to the 2021 show – how do i do that?
Your ticket will be automatically transferred to the 2021 show. You do not need to do anything. You will receive your 2021 ticket by email by August 14.
Is there a perk for not refunding my ticket?
Yes – there is! You will receive a 2020 shirt and poster when you get to the 2021 show. We will be releasing the design of this shirt and poster shortly.
When the show was postponed, I transferred my ticket to the 2021 show but would now like a refund – how do i do that?
Fill out this form BY JULY 31, 2020. We will not be refunding anyone who does not fill out the form by July 31, 2020. We should be able to process all refunds in the next 2-6 weeks. If you have not received your refund by September 1, please contact us (email@example.com).
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Here is the link for the attendee refund form and the vendor refund form. You must submit your request BY JULY 31, 2020. We will not be refunding anyone who does not fill out the form by July 31, 2020. We should be able to process all refunds in the next 2-6 weeks.
