We have obtained several hotel blocks this year for TooManyGames. Keep in mind these blocks sell out fast! We will try to add additional blocks throughout the region when hotels start to sell out. All hotel block pricing is good until the end of May (check hotel link for exact dates on each hotel), so take advantage of these rates when the blocks go live.
As a reminder, attendees are not allowed to book hotel rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn. Any room that is not listed on our room list will be cancelled.
PAYMENT
Hampton / Tru / Homewood (the closest hotels to the convention center): If you book something in these hotel blocks, you will need a credit card to reserve it. Payment will be completed upon check in.
All other hotels: Credit Card is required to book and they will charge a one night hold about 4 weeks before the show, but nothing when booking.

CANCELLATION
All hotels in our block require 72 hours for cancellation.
