COVID-19 Safety Procedures
May 16th Update:
TooManyGames will be implementing the following things over the weekend of June 24-26:
– We will be requiring masks
– We will not be requiring vaccinations or negative tests
This decision was not an easy decision to make – the most important thing to our organization is keeping everyone at our event safe, while we are all still navigating the pandemic, we understand that any decision or policy we make regarding COVID policies are going to cause unhappy attendees.
We hope that we can all gather as a community and have an amazing weekend.
We strongly encourage anyone attending TooManyGames to get vaccinated before the event and to get your booster shot.
Level 4 Event Management Inc. cannot prevent you from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while participating in our events. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to participate in our events you may be increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I have read and understood the above warning concerning COVID-19. I hereby choose to accept the risk associated with COVID-19.
