New for 2026 – Buy Now Pay Later Options

Planning ahead just got easier.

Many attendees have asked for an installment payment option, and it’s now available. Klarna & Afterpay are now supported on orders over $100 so you can secure your tickets and split payments over time. Tickets are delivered immediately after authorization.

These services are optional and subject to approval by Klarna/Afterpay.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do Klarna or Afterpay appear on all orders?

No. Your total must be more than $100 for these payment options to appear at checkout. Once your cart exceeds the $100 threshold, Klarna and Afterpay will automatically show up as available options.

Does the $100 minimum include fees?

Yes. The $100 threshold is based on your total purchase price and can include Eventbrite fees.

Is Klarna/Afterpay available for international customers?

Not at this time. The purchaser must be located in the United States for Klarna or Afterpay to be used at checkout.

Can I use Klarna or Afterpay in the Eventbrite app?

No. Buy Now / Pay Later options are only available on desktop web or mobile web checkout. You can’t complete the purchase in the app, but once your payment is authorized your tickets will still appear in the Eventbrite app as normal.

What type of payment plan will I qualify for?

The specific installment options are determined by Klarna or Afterpay and depend on your eligibility and the information you provide during checkout. When you select either provider, you’ll be redirected to their interface to complete the application and payment authorization. Tickets are delivered immediately after successful authorization.

What should I do if I have an issue during the approval process?

If you experience an issue with the application or approval process (for example, being declined), you’ll need to contact Klarna or Afterpay directly. Eventbrite and TooManyGames do not have access to any approval information, cannot look up application details, and are not involved in the decision-making process.
