Bring your own arcade cabinet to TooManyGames:
This year we’d like to invite our attendees to bring a piece of their own gaming collection and showcase your arcade cabinet at our show. Anyone who is accepted will receive two complimentary weekend passes to TooManyGames as well as a $50 credit for the TooManyGames merchandise store.

What types of games can you bring to TooManyGames?
We are accepting working arcade cabinets, old to new. We are not accepting any Arcade1Up’s or multicades.
Where do I need to bring my cabinets?
You must be able to drop off your cabinet to the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA on Thursday 6/23/22 between 11 AM – 5 PM and pick it up Sunday 6/26/22 between 5-8PM, no exceptions.
What type of condition should my cabinets be in?
All cabinets must be in good working order and have the ability to be set on free play mode for the weekend. You also need to be staying or living locally for the duration of the weekend (6/23/22 – 6/26/22) and have the ability to provide us with a good contact phone number as well as return to the convention center throughout the weekend in the event of a breakdown or the cabinet needing maintenance.
When will I know if my cabinet was accepted?
You will receive an e-mail of acceptance or denial on or around May 1st, 2022. If you are accepted, in that e-mail will provide further instructions for day of instructions, such as load in directions, timing, and more.
Can I sell my cabinet at the show?
You cannot sell your cabinet at the show.
