Attending the Convention

It depends what you want to see and experience. Please look at the schedule (available early June) and determine what you are most interested in. Most attendees come for all three days to not miss any events.

Most of our vendors do take credit cards, but some don't. It's always a good idea to bring some cash with you in case a vendor doesn't take a credit card. There are 2 ATMs inside of the Expo Center but sometimes they run out during our event. If you need to get cash out, there is a Wawa down the street.

Guest day to day availability will be posted on their guest pages. Once the schedule is out, you will be able to see times for panels and meet and greets. If you have any questions, please contact

Guest day to day meet and greet times will be posted on their individual pages and on the schedule once it's out (in early June). Once the schedule is out, you will be able to see times for meet and greets. Each guest determines their autograph cost. Guests range from free up to $100 (for packages). Each guest has the amount they are charging on their individual page. Please note all guests autographs are subject to change.

YES! This is the preferred way to view our schedule. We have the ability to update this during the show, so this will provide you with the most accurate times for guests and panels. The schedule will be made available on Guidebook in early June. If you prefer to not download Guidebook (we've used it the last 5+ years), there will be a PDF file on our website which includes all the times and dates but will not be updated once it's uploaded.

Depending on which badge you purchase, you will get a certain amount of raffle tickets. Raffles will be determined each morning of the convention. The raffles will happen throughout the day and you will need to be present to win. On Sunday, we do a MEGA raffle, with tables upon tables worth of stuff for one lucky winner. Raffles will be held behind registration at the event. You have to be in the area to win.

You can view the list of video game tournaments here. To sign up for the tournaments you will need to use your phone to scan our QR code and follow the directions given. We will be posting an instructional video closer to the event on the tournament page.

All panels are included with your admission to the event. Some panels start to line up 1-2 hours before they start. Please check in with a volunteer in the area to see if their is a line already started for the panel or not.
