We hope that everyone is safe and is doing well. We are emailing you today because we’ve made the decision to move the event to this fall. We will be hosting TooManyGames on October 8-10th instead of our originally scheduled dates in June.
We understand that this will probably come as no surprise to you. As a team, we are optimistic about being able to have the show in October. With the roll out of vaccines across the country – we are hoping by October we are able to have a more “normal show”. What that looks like and means right now – we honestly don’t know.
Our goal is to have this event. We are essentially going to do everything we can to make this event happen and be successful. We are starting to book guests and bands for the event. The safety of our attendees, vendors, volunteers, and everyone involved in TooManyGames is the most important thing. As the show gets closer – we will be able to nail down what kind of safety measures will need to be in place for the show.
Refunds / Moving Tickets to 2022 Event
We understand that moving the show – it’s possible that you will have a conflict of interest or you don’t feel comfortable attending an in person event yet. Follow the steps below based on your decision.
I can’t wait for the 2021 event: Same! We are excited to finally start planning the show and can’t wait to see everyone in person! You do not need to do anything your ticket will automatically transfer to the October event.
I want to move my ticket to 2022: If you would like to move your ticket to the 2022 event – we would be more than willing to move your ticket and secure it for 2022. Please let us know by filling out this form BY March 12, 2021.
I want a refund: If you would like a refund, let us know by filling out this form BY March 12, 2021.

I want a refund: If you opt for a refund, and then want to rebook your space – there is a good chance that it will not be available. We had a waiting list for the 2020 event of over 75+ vendors. We still frequently get asked for the form to be added to the wait list. If you would like a refund, let us know by filling out this form BY March 12, 2021.
